Residential in Malacca (Malaysia)

This housing project was designed for 50 units on a given site of 40,000 square meters. Considering heavy rainfall and intense sun radiation in the area, a special building material for long time protection had to be chosen. By using different kinds of TECU® Patina and TECU® Brass panels, a colourful and lively pattern was created. On the front façade, bamboo facing is used in order to activate natural ventilation. The facade is split by TECU® elements.
