Deadlines
All submissions of work must be postmarked by 31 August 2005 and sent to KME in Osnabrück, Germany. The Awards ceremony will be held in autumn of 2005. The event location and the exact date will be announced to the participants as soon as the results of the jury have been announced.

Conditions for Participation
Architects, planning offices and plan designers in Europe and students of architecture registered at an European university or college of technology are entitled to participate in the award contest.
Works submitted must have been realized in the period 2003 2005.
Registered students of architecture are entitled to submit student projects regardless of whether they have been realized or not, thereby taking part in the student award contest. Student projects submitted must otherwise conform to the conditions for participation in the contest, and they must have a connection with TECU®.
Participation in the contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions for participation in the contest, in particular recognition of KMEs right to publish all materials on giving credit to the author.
Submission Presentations
The following rules for the submission of buildings and projects are binding: Submissions are to consist of no more than 6 pages, size DIN A2 or smaller. Colour or b/w illustrations are permissible, models will not be accepted.
In addition to the plans necessary to gain an understanding of the architecture involved (location maps, ground plans, cross-sections, illustrations, perspectives, isometrics), submissions should include evidence for the use of TECU® in one or more construction details.
Six photo subjects are to be submitted in duplicate: six colour prints of up to 18 x 24 and the same subjects as slides (no size restrictions).
All authors statements and explanatory reports giving details of the task that was to be accomplished, the design and construction idea are to be reproduced on the enclosed forms only.
The name and signature of the author should be clearly legible on all items of documentation submitted.
No legal right subsists to have returned any items of documentation submitted.
