The panels are assembled on the building site according to the tongue and groove principle or by overlapping. At edges and corners we recommend additional reinforcement with end panels.
In most cases, the panels are fixed directly to the substrate using rivets or screws on the groove side of the panel, which conceals the substrate. This construction poses no problems for transverse expansion, but longitudinal expansion must be accommodated by a gap or separation.
If longer profiles are used, the expansion at the bay edges and across the substrate has to be accommodated.
