TECU® Net, Rib Mesh and Perforated Plate are perforated surfaces in three designs which differ as follows:
- TECU® Net perforated plate is produced from the tried and tested base material TECU® Classic. The material is perforated while being stretched and is then rolled and stretch-levelled in a subsequent stage. As a result TECU® Net has regular, rounded perforations in its surface. Production is optimised to suit the cross-section and material.
- Like TECU® Net TECU® Rib Mesh is produced by making offset perforations into the material while it is being stretched, however, the rib mesh is not subjected to the subsequent rolling process.
- Perforated plates made from TECU® copper are perforated with offset, diagonally offset or straight rows of holes. The round perforations are produced according to planning specifications and are generally custom-made.
