TECU® Profiled Sheets are fastened and welted directly to the substrate with screws or rivets without creating compressive stress.
Thermal expansion down the cladding must be taken up by an approved separation of the substrate.
The direct connection of two TECU® Profiled Sheets with a cross-joint using screws or similar fixings is not allowed. If longer profiles are used, the expansion at the bay edges and across the substrate has to be accommodated.
